Treatment Within the World of Mental Illness: Desperation and Debate

This course analyzes the treatment of mental health problems. Taking an interdisciplinary perspective, it examines the ideas and ideologies that guide responses to mental illness, as well as the interaction between the social world and psychiatric treatment.
